I had my tires replaced here. They returned my car with the tires badly out of balance such that the car heavily shudders at highway speed. One of the tires was under inflated by more than ten PSI.

I am now back waiting to be told an ETA after standing in a line 7 deep.

This place disrespected my time, safety, and trust.

I have bought probably fifteen sets of tires from Discount Tire over the years. I will not do so again.

I recommend selecting a different shop for your tires.

Great service and convenient. The prices are a bit on the high side but I feel the quality and warranty make it feel a bit better. I had to get a whole set of tires and so far they seem very nice quality.

When this placed first opened they were great have had them put a lot of tires on. But here lately they have been awful. They don't do what they say they are going to do. Just had tires put on my wife's car. It needed new tpms sensors but discount tires price was ridiculous for those. So I provided my own and they said they would check them to make sure they would work if not I was willing to bite the bullet and get theres but was trying to save a few bucks in this economy. We picked up the car after hours and low and behold not a single tpms sensor has been trained. So now we have to have another shop look into it (the same shop that is going to do the alignment since this discount tire still doesnt have an alignment machine. Also a huge flaw in their services) also never wait on your car here they say it will only be an hour or 2 then you are there for 6 hours when you could've gotten a ride and came back(this is why we dropped my wifes car off). They need to go back to how they were when they first opened and do what they say they are going too. They also have dont have a key drop box for overnight drops or outside security cameras.

Ordering via DT's website is great. However, once you arrive at the store they try to sell you wiper blades, lug nuts of all things, and a tire damage protection plan. They even put some meter on the tires you're replacing and show you a poster in the store that shows you where they fall on the range and that you need to replace them. Not sure why they do this when I have already ordered and paid for the tires online. I don't need to be convinced to buy them, that's why I'm in the store!!
Restroom was dirty, and I was there at 8:45 in the morning. Don't think anyone even cleaned it that day. It's unfortunate that fresh coffee isn't available for customers. They only have bottled water. Despite all this, DT is the best and most efficient tire store around.

Just want to provide a great review for these folks at this Mechanicsville location. This is the second set of tires we've bought from them in the past year and a half. The first set was for a Chevy Traverse Redline Edition with a Premiere 20" Redline exclusive wheel that I did not want beat up. They installed the same Continental tires that came from Chevy when new. Their technicians did a great job that day, not a single scratch in any of my 4 rims.
Then today I put a set of Cooper A/T tires on my Tacoma. Again, from Zech who sold them to us 2 days ago to Tyler and his two technicians who installed all 4 in less than 45 minutes today, just a super clean and professional job!
I really appreciate the crew in this store. If you spend any time there you see first hand the care every customer receives. All concerns are addressed. Everybody leaves with a smile on their face. Just an outstanding reflection on this store, their management, and the company.
