I like coming to the Valvoline in Prince Frederick to get my oil changed. There are other stores closer to where I live but this shop is worth me driving just a little bit farther to get to. My main technician was Neko. He was great! He was Patient and he made sure I understood everything that was happening with the car. Also I have a tricky way to access the Cain air filter. He didn’t get frustrated, he simply took his time and figured it out without getting a stain on my white leather interior! Now that is to be applauded. Lauren was kind enough to make sure everything was satisfactory and I was on my way in no time.

I’ll be back in 3,000 miles!

Zach and Neko helped my refined vehicle get its needed maintenance. They were knowledgeable gentlemen who made recommendations in an informative but not pushy way. They were personal, making light conversations, and effortlessly efficient in their work. I had a great experience and look forward my next friendly encounter at this location. Also, although our encounter was brief, the young woman Moe was professional and kind. After dealing with another customer she assisted in finishing the work on my vehicle and also offered salutations.

There was a line around the building when I showed up. But it moved relatively quickly. The employees apologize for the wait and were super friendly. We have a fleet of Diesel vehicles they keep us moving. We go to this place all the time and wouldn’t recommend any place else. Great service great people.

Matt And his team were fantastic. They handled all of my issues with the vehicle, tested the battery verified that it was low on voltage, which I was aware of, but the reminder at the time of service helped me to make a pivotal decision in changing the battery now that my battery is fully upgraded I no longer have issues when the vehicle performs a start start and stop sequence when I come to a complete rest.

The overall experience was great had no problems. The staff was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and quite helpful.

Thank you for your kindness during our oil change service and for helping get George calm—and for the cute ducky! It’s not easy juggling car maintenance with a little one, but your team made it feel effortless. Friendly humans doing hard work. Ryan, Matt, and Isaac are a dream team. We are so grateful for you!
