Always great service! I’ve been coming here for years and all the gentleman are amazing. Even when one wasn’t as polite (I wish I could remember his name) the other guys stepped in and rectified the situation gave me 20% off and that’s why I will always get my vehicle serviced at this jiffy lube. Thank you so much!!

I went in and received an oil change package. I purchased an air filter as well. Price 173.00. It was supposed to come with all the trimmings the oil change comes with. My car was returned to me without a vacuum. I let the staff know and they took the car back and it was returned to me without a vacuum again (i shouldhavetaken pictures). I didn't say anything because I didn't want to make a fuss. Mind you I was the first Customer thinking that was a good time to receive top notch service. Wrong. I did not receive my 10 dollar coupon althoughi mentioned that when I 1st arrived . However because it was not added at checkout and I already paid, the service agent provided me with a 20 dollar coupon to use for my next visit. Fine. My only complaint is if they changed my oil how do I know the other items included was with the oil change was completed if the car was not vacuumed? I would like to add the general manager , i think his name is Brian, always has a great attitude and is very pleasant. Chevy Malibu 2013, I was there before 7:30am and was the 1st customer FYI. Please do better.

Though everyone who worked here seemed nice enough, they broke my car and refused to own up that they did. My car ran fine before my oil change, post oil change my check engine light is on and I’m having VVT issues. 100% someone who was working on my car hit something or broke something in my engine bay around my wiring harness or something and now I’m in limp mode, if you want a good oil change you can trust, do it yourself or go to Valvoline
