Mark Melvin was amazing! He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, listening to them, and understanding their needs and not just getting them in and out the door.

We really appreciate our service experience at Fred Frederick! We had just nervously driven 1600 miles in a truck that randomly failed to start (a dealer in TX had previously failed to find the problem after having the truck for two days) … Brent listened patiently to our story, took our truck in the next day, and it was diagnosed and repaired by early afternoon. As far as car maintenance goes they will get your vehicle repaired. Unfortunately I had to return back for the same thing and it is never cheap going to a dealership. The customer service is good. There isn't a waiting area so customers were scattered over in the showroom. My jeep is older and well maintained. They take care of major repairs. They also give military and law enforcement discounts which I didn't find out about until my husband showed up in uniform for a different issue days later.

I went to see a vehicle that I saw on your website, and the same day they approved my credit and everything related to the vehicle, in a couple of hours I was driving my new SUV. Jim Boratenski attended me and although I did not understand the terms of the vehicles, he let me know easily.
