My family has been doing business with Cal’s Auto since the 8 Mile & Pelkey days, and we’ve always heard wonderful things about them. That’s why I decided to bring my vehicle here, and I’m so glad I did!

When I say Mr. Jay and Mr. Wezzy are two of my favorite people up there, I truly mean it! They are genuinely kind, professional, and treat you like family. They go above and beyond to do everything they can to resolve any issues you may have with your vehicle.

And a special thank-you to both of you for answering ALL my calls! 😂🤣 Lord knows I stayed calling to check on my vehicle! But they never made me feel like I was bothering them. Instead, they kept me updated throughout the process, and I truly appreciate that level of communication and customer service.

I had a great experience with this car shop! This was my second time coming here, and once again, they did not disappoint. I called about my issue, they told me to come in, and they got me taken care of right away. The service was quick, professional, and efficient. I was in and out! I really appreciate how they treated me and how quickly they resolved my issue. I definitely recommend this shop and will continue coming Back.

BEWARE

What started out as a good referral turned a disrespectful experience. Two of my family members dealt with this location. I have four different vehicles. I was going to put three more vehicles in for repair.
Beware Don't go by :
1. What they write down and agree to repair
2. What you're told you're going to pay and then that they're going to fix what they get to because if they don't they just ignore you and tell you they didn't charge you for it.
3. They want you to sign off on things that don't occur like you were given choice of getting the parts repaired the old part , And if you don't sign off Jay will indicate that he's not going to give you a receipt even after you give payment which occurred with me on this occasion of today.
Totally disrespectful there were two witnesses a male and a Caucasian female in the lobby when Jay said sign my invoice if you want your copy. Then he said take me to court . Little did the ignorant individual didn't know I was recording him. He did not adhere to what we agreed in regards to the repair of the vehicle. He was very professional when my son was there but once my son was not there for the pickup I got different treatment.

I had a great experience at Cal’s Auto. Lovely and respectful people to take care of your Precious cars. They have multiple ways to pay. Give breakdowns of what needs to be done how much it is and how soon it will be to get your baby back. They also do everything under the sun lol I will definitely be back the next time my car needs anything.
