The Service Center at CREST FORD is exceptional! The entire service department is full of professional people who will go the extra mile to help. The service adviors, the shuttle drivers, the people that check you in, the people that handle the loaner/rental vehicles Everyone! I recommend them highly! If you do stay and wait the waiting area is so nice and they have complimentary drinks and the bathroom is always clean. This was my third time coming to Crest Service Center and it's always been good! I appreciate you all. Bringing your vehicle in for anything is not on anyone's list of things they want to do but they make it painless as possible!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my car. When I walked into the dealership, I wasn't sure where to start or if getting a vehicle was even possible. Teresa was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to her hard work, I drove away the same day in a car that exceeded my expectations.
