Dr. Cooper went on to graduate with honors from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA. In 1997, he was an honor graduate from The University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Cooper trained with the Contact Lens Center in Garland and Plano, TX where he worked on specialty contact lens fitting. After that, he moved on to Mann & Berkeley Eye Center, where he co-managed refractive and cataract surgery.
