The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a question after my stay, and the customer service from Brandon was still amazing, even after I had checked out! I felt like a valued customer. The rooms are small but very modern with efficient use of space. The restaurants were delicious. Great location, walking distance to many Boston landmarks.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Right next door to the silver line bus station which takes you straight to South Station.

Rooms were clean and modern but I am skeptical that the bed was truly a queen size bed.

I would appreciate the option of overhead lighting as the room can be quite dark with just the light coming from the wall.

Sebastian was an amazing bartender! Overall the hotel was very nice and the rooftop bar was good. However, the main restaurant and bar was beyond expectations all thanks to Sebastian. He stayed open later for us because we weren’t done. He made us drinks that were amazing and he was overall attentive and great to talk too! Such an amazing guy!

The rooms really are small, it features a collapsible bed so you can have a better idea of the space. Yet, it was just fine for solo or couples. The roof bar has a nice view, cocktails and food though are nothing special. Didn't try the lobby restaurant. Location wise is very convenient.

Absolutely loved our stay at YOTEL Boston! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and super chic with such a fun atmosphere. The location is amazing if you want to walk around, shop, explore, or grab food nearby. The restaurant was also great, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

I also want to mention how impressed I was with how accommodating and respectful they were with my service dog. They were kind, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our stay.

Parking was conveniently located nearby, the room was comfortable, and the view was great. Overall, a stylish, convenient, and welcoming hotel experience. Would definitely stay again!
