Best Rona to visit. Everyone - but the manager is super friendly, the older cashiers are really nice. The (black) guy who cut our wood was really helpful and precise with his cuts. The mister downstairs lead us to the materials we were looking for. This rona is like an older hardware store but stocked with Rona things. The service is like in the old times. No big Rona store has this kind of service any more.

Visited this location today. The short employee seems reluctant and avoids customer service. The other two elderly gentleman with glasses were nice and helpful.

Get rid of the stocky fellow cause they’re ruining this stores brand and reputation.

Went to buy primer, was looking at the options and a blonde employee told me I wasn’t supposed to be standing where I was. OK, nothing anywhere to indicate that, and no employees in the section, but fine.

This employee then asked a short man to come over and help us, which he did, slowly and reluctantly. When my girlfriend told him we were looking for primer, he mocked her pronunciation and laughed in our faces. We immediately left and will never be back.

I’ve been a regular customer at RONA Wellington for years and I’ve always been very satisfied with their products and service. Recently, I purchased a Utilitech fan for my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

It’s the perfect size for a small room or kitchen, and the cool breeze it provides makes a big difference, especially while cooking. The design is sleek, the airflow is strong, and it’s exactly what I needed. It was easy to assemble and works beautifully.

I also bought an air conditioner from the same RONA location a few years ago, and it still works perfectly. Their staff is always helpful and professional, and their product quality is excellent.

Highly recommend this store—great service, great value, and products you can count on!

I believe business reviews should be honest and help companies to improve as well as help customers about our experiences. Therefore, please be careful when you go to this place to make doubles of your keys. I went over there even though I live far.
When I paid, they told me: keep the invoice in case the key is not good. I arrived home and they don’t work.
A neighbor told me she got the same experience at the same place.
I went to another place and they mentioned right way that it was not a good key.
I am travelling away from Montreal so I couldn’t go back to Rona.
Please either change the machine or train the person properly , thank you !
