Do not bother wasting your time; absolutely terrible service. We called because we needed a plumber to fix a few issues. The lady that answered the phone said we needed to send them photos by email, but assured us that a plumber would be sent to our place within the following two days. We already found it ridiculous we had to send photos when we explained what the issues were on the phone. Nonetheless, we took photos and sent them that same afternoon, soon after our phone call. We waited a while for a response. Then, a woman (the dispatcher) finally emailed us back asking if we had the name of the brand for the faucet, and we sent a email stating we did not. We waited several more hours for a response. The dispatcher sent us ANOTHER email at around MIDNIGHT asking for more photos!! She needed photos of the faucets and knobs at different angles apparently. We found this was getting out of hand now. We already sent the photos initially asked of us. Still, we sent more photos the next morning because we really needed a plumber. Ever since then, we never heard back from them. In brief, completely unprofessional and lazy service. They think people have all day to wait around for them. It’s not our job to run after people who don’t know how to work properly. Avoid at all costs.. It’s really not normal to go through all these steps just to get a plumber to come by and check out these issues. Unfortunately, it seems rather common these days to experience poor service..

This company installed a Sump Pump which failed 7 months later from the Float falling off. The owner tried to describe to me that they never fall off, but in finding out they installed it he said they installed it properly. Originally was going to charge $500 to fix the problem on the weekend, so I fixed it myself. Then he told me I voided the warranty by fixing it myself.

Avoid yourself the $1,000 in property damage I suffered and use someone else.

Second time calling Plombier Rapide for my duplex. What can I say, these guys are fast, punctual and professional. A special shout-out to my man Allan, who went above and beyond to answer all questions clearly, and to make sure everything was running smoothly. No pressure, no tactics, just honest and friendly good work. Keep up the great service guys!

Honestly his service is 10/10! When I called him I was desperate because my whole house was soaking wet due to a pipe in the bathroom. He not only fixed my issue, but he arrived super fast and he was very patient. Also, he stayed longer to explain the insurance guy about what happened.

We couldn’t do it without you! Thank you so much!!!

Rip off! This company is to avoid. They will never tell you how much it will cost and after the work hand you a big bill. Worked an hour for a non emergency job and charged me like $300.
