Always low on stock, and hung up on me over the phone when I was asking a question about their 1 membrane that they have in stock. Rude. Not going again.

They are always lacking in stock for basic things. They'll sell you a hot glue gun but won't have compatible sticks, they'll sell you a machine requiring 9V batteries and not have any in stock... Badly managed store.

I love local stores like this where they can answer many of your questions with a depth of knowledge of tools and techniques to fix your stuff. I often go there not knowing exactly how to do what I want to do and the take the time to look for ideas and solution with me. The staff is really very nice and knowledgeable. Prices are what you can expect from a local store but I don't mind paying more for the quality and closeness
