Dining room was flithy. Drinks tasted like fish. Counters covered in food. Very little supplies like lids and ketchup. Ice cream machine down AGAIN! Asked management to have someone clean the lobby they laughed and talked crap to each other about me for complaining. When I say every table not in use was flithy, I mean every DAMN table. This place is gross! Management needs some training!

Ordered with my points on app a free double cheeseburger no ketchup, mustard, onion, salt, or bun. Just the burger patties and cheese, an easy order. There was no damn cheese on it! And waited for a very long time in drive thru to get that! How they could mess that up is beyond me but they did!

Pretty good. Staff were nice. Stay away from those cookies, though. Gave me the shits real bad. Woke up 3 times in the night to run to the bathroom and squirt out pure liquid. Overall not too bad besides the cookies 👍

Whoever was working 6/20 at around 10-11pm deserves a raise. Line around the building, clearly not enough people, but still being super sweet and really efficient. Plus the food was perfect, and well made. Woman on the headset was very kind and the younger man at window was efficient. If I didn’t have a mobile order I would have not gone through for their sakes. Props to them

Staff is always rude, which honestly? Who really cares, as long as the food’s good yanno? But this recent experience really just put the nail in the coffin for me to never come back: raw. It’s raw dude. Not to be dramatic and a “Karen” but this establishment needs some serious help, rude employees can be frustrating but it’s excusable, raw food? Bro. BRO.
