If I could give zero stars or a negative I would. Prepare Kimberly was great, but managers Sarah and Samantha were terrible. Charging over $400 for an easy simple return is ridiculous just because I have a dependant that I dont even have itemized expenses for. People do your own taxes going forward, I know I will. Do better Jackson Hewitt, you disregard loyal customers. I never once in 3 years even got a coupon to help. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!! Return was for 1 W2 and 1 child. I've learned my lesson!
