I am very grateful for the assistance I received. As a retired Widow it's nice to have someone to depend on to help you get the most on your tax returns. I want to thank Brooke and Mariam for all their help and kindess.

I just had the amazing pleasure of speaking with Ms. Joyce. She was not only professional and knowledgeable she was also kind. I am no less than a hot mess! I drive the hot mess express, and Ms. Joyce jumped right on and went for one wild ride! After letting me explain all the details needed she helped me with my current black cloud situation. i highly suggest requesting Ms. Joyce because not only can you hear her smile through the phone but her calm demeanor put this crazy mess right at ease.

I want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional customer care specialist from TurboTax. During an extremely stressful time—when my home was supposed to close last week and unexpected tax issues came up—I honestly called in expecting a frustrating and complicated experience.

Instead, I was blown away.

She was beyond wonderful. Her knowledge was impressive on every level: technology, the TurboTax website, detailed tax issues, navigation, and exactly where to find and fix things efficiently. She didn’t hesitate, didn’t guess—she knew everything and guided me straight to the solution.

What could have been a nightmare turned into a smooth, reassuring experience. I was genuinely impressed and honestly shocked—in the best way. She is absolutely an asset to this company, and TurboTax is very lucky to have someone of her caliber representing them.

Thank you for turning a stressful emergency into a moment of relief and confidence.
