I have never had to come back and change a good review but I have to in this case. Its not the woman who helped me file. She's fantastic. However the Serve card they offer for tax advances is not good. They refuse to fix a fraudulent charge on my account that I proved was not my charges. I disputed time and time again and they won't fix it. They are affecting my credit with this nonsense and I absolutely refuse to pay it. They're impossible to get a hold of on the phone. They've closed my account and I can't access it to continue my dispute. It seems very scammy. I gave a good review solely for the woman helping us. This place is way over priced and they have no issues stealing from families getting their tax refunds. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I have filed a complaint, sent yet another email demanding an employee contact me and will add this poor review. Hopefully a human being will contact me and fix this issue. This is absolutely unacceptable. Its basically stealing. Ya'll have my email and information. It would be wise to contact me. I will pursuit every avenue to complain until this issue is resolved.

These guys are super friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and efficiently on my taxes and will help us with previous tax issues as well! Its a little expensive to be honest but the customer service is great. If I knew the money was going to the worker I'd be happier. But I have a feeling the company takes a huge chunk. That's the only thing I don't like.

Melissa was the best! Informative and got my max refund possible. Thank you. H&R Block doesn't compare.

The tax service lady at Jackson and Hewitt was very helpful with answering my questions and filing my taxes. She was also very pleasant to talk to and very efficient and thorough in finding out if I owe taxes or not to the IRS. I was very satisfied with the service.

Have an appointment at 1 o’clock go to Jackson Hewitt at 12:45 walked in checked in and let me tell you the lady was so rude. My appointment was at 1 o’clock and she was on a personal call from the time I walked in till I decided to leave at 1:40 the lady that was help out grabbed my paperwork and went to had it to the lady and she said I’m not ready for her she need to wait I said my appointment was at 1 not 2 if you want your job, maybe you should get off the phone and do your job corporation needs to come down and check out what kind of people they have working here first off you’re working with people hard money no not with your own money so maybe you should be more considerate to what you’re doing maybe you won’t have so many mistakes if you would do your job. anybody else looking for a better Jackson Hewitt go to Jewel, and Piers Ms.Lynn is very awesome better and takes your information with care now with just this is a job she literally is considered to all your information that she is holding
