I had to write a review because they truly deserve it. I have only visited this location 3-4 times but recently I also placed an online order for some oil I needed very badly for an important oil change the next day. They simply had the best price, best selection and best customer service (including amazing and fast delivery). I am extremely impressed and would definitely recommend visiting NAPA on wolfdale if you need anything automotive. They are simply outstanding. Thanks!

Just like all the other reviewers here, the brown guy at the front desk is a pain to work with and has horrible customer service. Not sure why he is still employed here because there is no logical reason to keep him at the front desk dealing with customers. Probably friends with the owner or something

Without getting into the details, I'd say my experience was similar to several other posters. The older fellow was reluctant to do any work. He really needs to work on his customer service skills. Next time around I'll go to a farther store. Won't be visiting this location again.

I bought a headlamp for my honda civic from here. The guy who was at the reception is very rude. I don’t know why. I think it is the biggest mistake of this store owner that he put this guy at the reception. Well then I bought a headlamp and it was chinese. They didn’t give me any warranty for the headlamp. I asked for the warranty but they said they don’t give it. And I guess if the product doesn’t work properly they will not exchange or refund it. Honestly I will never visit this store again. If you have a chance go to other store
