Thank you so much to Aadco Auto Parts! I’m from the U.S. and had been searching everywhere for a hard-to-find car part, with no luck. Thankfully, I finally found it through Aadco Auto Parts, and they were willing to ship it to me at an affordable price.

I’m so grateful for their help and especially impressed by their excellent customer service. They made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend!

⭐ 1 Star – Very disappointing experience
I purchased a used key fob for $50 as a toy for my child. Literally within a couple of minutes, I had just walked outside the gate and realized that $50 was far too expensive for what I needed. I immediately came back and asked if I could return it, but I was told there were no returns because the item had already been cleaned and programmed.
I understand that businesses have policies, but I was disappointed that there was no flexibility even though I had only just purchased it, had barely left the premises, and had not actually used it. For a used key fob being purchased simply as a toy, $50 felt very expensive.
Overall, very disappointing customer service and a bad experience.

I would like to clarify a few factual points in your response.
I did not say that your staff warned me that the key fob was unsafe for my child and that I then said “no problem” and purchased it anyway. That conversation did not happen as you have described it.
I was not told that the key fob was a final-sale item before completing the purchase. I was simply told the price was $45 cash, or $50 if paying by card, and I chose to pay by card.
I also strongly disagree with your statement that I returned a different or damaged key fob. I returned the same item I had just purchased. I came back only a few minutes later because I realized that $50 was more than I wanted to spend on what I intended to use as a pretend-play item.
I have no issue with your business having a final-sale policy. My review was about my customer-service experience and the fact that I was disappointed that there was no flexibility when I returned almost immediately after the purchase.
Most importantly, I find the reference to the Children’s Aid Society completely unnecessary and inappropriate in the context of a disagreement over a $50 used key fob. I did not knowingly put my child in danger, and I would never intentionally do so.
I am happy to stand by my review, but I ask that you keep your response factual and avoid making statements about conversations or events that did not occur.

Needed a part for my customers 2023 Nissan which was almost impossible to find used, just when we were about to order a brand new one from the dealership, I found the exact part and colour I needed at AADCO. One quick phone call to verify in stock and I was on the road the next morning to Brampton to pick it up.
Five stars for their organized parts inventory, friendly/quick service and fair prices.
