I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Laura Zapata. She exudes a wonderful energy, and you can immediately tell that she truly loves her work. She is attentive, patient, and always willing to take the time to give us the best advice.

I had a lot of trouble downloading and setting up the "Me" card in the app on my phone, and Laura really took the time to help me, step by step, with immense patience. She never gives the impression of being rushed.

It's also clear that she knows cosmetics very well and is passionate about what she does. Her advice is relevant and personalized, and her positive energy makes the experience truly enjoyable.

It's honestly largely thanks to her that I will return to buy my cosmetics at your pharmacy. It's not just for the products, but for the experience and the quality of service she provides. Laura truly makes all the difference.

Oh my god, the prescription counter service at this pharmacy is terrible! I'm a Brunet customer, but this is the only one out of four that refuses to serve me because my file isn't with them. The others told me they could serve me since I'm a Brunet customer. I've just made a note of their address so I never have to deal with them again, that's for sure...
