Very impressed with the speed of service from Anchor Home comfort. Also, the technician, Kyle was able to fix the problem on the spot without having to order parts. He also provided us with his honest opinion of the health of the AC unit. He didn't put pressure on us to purchase anything, he just gave us info to help us make informed decisions regarding the AC unit. 10 out of 10, great job!

Shannon R. performed the annual maintenance for my furnace and a/c. I was impressed by his cheerfulness, his professionalism and his thoroughness. In addition he made sure that I was aware of the steps that he took to ensure the status of my furnace. The fact that he discovered cracks in the primary heat exchanger is a testament to his thoroughness and it may well have averted serious problems during the next heating season.

Paul Stawecki arrived on time for our scheduled AC service call and performed all the required tasks in a professional manner. He noticed that the outside fan needed help to start and he suggested that we keep an eye on it because there have been some previous issues with this model. He reminded me that our unit is still on warranty. I appreciated his thoroughness.

Update: The installation of the furnace and heat-pump is now complete! The Electrical Safety Inspection was done today (and passed with flying colours!). I wanted to add that my experience with Zach Fennessy (Sales) was unmeasurable as he was always available to answer questions even after the install was completed. Dan Gravel and Salah Ahlafi did the actual installation of the furnace/heat-pump with professionalism, cleanliness, and speed. Peter Kluke did all of the professional electrical work with a great sense of humour and as per the inspection, he did his work very well!

Anchor Home Comfort far exceeded our expectations and I’m so glad my wife and I chose them!!! Our home feels so much better now and hopefully we won’t need to worry about the HVAC for the next 10 years!!!

Called Anchor because our AC was leaking after being turned on for the first time of the season (not an emergency). They were quick in providing us an appointment 3 days later. Ray came to the service call and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Shannon just left from looking at and trying to service our 21 year old AC unit. What a privilege it was to have that man come to our home. Shannon is extremely professional, respectful and down right more joly than good old Saint Nicholas. Who knew the happy elf moon lighted as a HVAC technician in the off season. If there was a 10 star 🌟 rating I'd rate Shannon higher. Extremely happy with you Shannon. Excellent work and professionalism.

Miguel provided excellent service, helping advise us on proper filters to use, where to get them, other advanced options to consider. He identified an issue with the humidifier which saved us an extra visit and helped further explain how to use our Ecobee thermostat with our heat pump. Friendly and helpful!
