Simply the best butcher shop around.

I drive 45 minutes to shop here. Prices are consistently as good or better than other shops, and there is always a great selection of the high end.

Can’t recommend them enough.

My story starts with pickles and wine. My significant other stopped into the butcher when he found out the owner was an Eagles fan. He grabbed a few containers,which I used to make a homemade pickle pizza, the pickles are amazing. Now where does the wine come in? One of the employee's, who is a familiar face, works also works at a local wine store that I go to. I was looking for an elevated dinner experience and was surprised when I came in and saw a familiar face, bonus. I was excited to get Japanese Wagu and scallops. Everyone made sure I knew how to cook everything to perfection. The experience at the store and the food I purchased was above and beyond. This community gem is a must go to.

I recently started shopping at Marietta Butcher Shop as I’ve been adding more chicken and fish into my diet, and I’m so glad I found this place!
On my first visit, the staff took the time to answer my questions and offer helpful cooking tips, which made me feel completely comfortable. Every time I return, I’m welcomed with the same great service.
The quality is always excellent—everything is fresh, clean, and well-prepared. I also love their crab cakes and selection of nuts. This place is truly a gem in Marietta, and they’ve gained a customer for life!

We had an AMAZING experience at this butcher. We wanted to make a beef wellington for Christmas, so on the 23rd, after a long day at work, started hunting for butcher shops. The Butcher on Whitlock popped up on Google maps and had great reviews, but was 40 minutes away. We called and they had the tenderloin in stock, but closed in 20 minutes (holiday hours). They stayed open a bit later for us to be able to pick it up! They also went through and told us a couple of their tips and tricks on a perfect wellington (it was our first time making one) and we followed their advice. It turned out PERFECT. The meat was so delicious and tender. We will definitely be coming back here again :) customer satisfaction 100/10 🌟

Absolutely LOVE this shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who know where the meat and fish come from. Special orders are always filled on time, and high quality. Heat and eat sides are a great option when you’re in a pinch. They even make sure my dogs are taken care of with plenty of beef tips, weighed and shrink wrapped for freezing. I’ve learned a lot from these folks and I’m eager to learn more and try new things!
