Carlos was timely and presented himself confidently. He worked diligently and cleaned up after the installation. He walked me through the process of operating the water system and explained the purity of drainage. He explained the warranty and how often the filter works and how often to install the new filters.

At the initial consultation, I was put at ease with the gentleman that came to my house for the quote. He was amazing with the detail of explanation regarding the water testing, as well as what to do and how to not waste money on items that we didn't need. We got a catalytic carbon whole home filter and a RO system for our ice maker and drinking water. When the installation crew arrived, their professionalism shined from the first handshake to the final whipe down of our counter top. These two gentleman were perfect representatives for their company. I will fully suggest this company to anyone looking for clean good tasting water.

Julian was very informative and explained everything very well. He did a great job being extremely thorough as far as showing what was going on concerning the water and other problems inside the water system. We are very pleased with Jillian and that is why we ended up going with the water system that we purchased. We consider Jillian a very valuable member to his company. He’s an asset to make sure that you take care of. He’s valuable.

Seen Branden today This guy is highly informational went over everything about our water detail after detail I have never run into such a good sales experience. He was more than informative and he was easy-going. They have a one year price quote however they did offer an incentive to earn our business today, which isn’t uncommon many businesses do that however it made sense for us, and after explaining all the products and why we needed them it only made sense to move forward. We are so happy with our purchase My husband and I are getting installed the next day. Fast efficient and an American company that you can count on.

I would choose zero stars, but it’s not an option. I don’t post often, but I don’t want others to experience what we did with Leaf Home Water Solutions. First , the salesperson lied and told us that if we installed their system we wouldn’t have to pay anything for the rest of our lives. After the installation was completed we were given the written warranty that was 1 year. When I talked to the operations manager she apologized and said she would extend the warranty to include all labor and parts for 7 years. We have well water and issues with rust even with a treatment system . We still had issues with the Leaf Home Water Solutions system . They came out multiple times and the tech said we shouldn’t have further issues when he changed a setting . We had a new shower installed and within a few months we had rust stains on our new shower . We also continued to have rust stains elsewhere in our house. When I called to have them come out I was told it would be $125 for them to come out. I told them of our extended warranty and even had it in writing and they refused to honor it until we hired an attorney to write a letter to corporate. Then we got a call from the new customer service manager who said she would have somebody come out and would send us a confirmation document of no cost for the 7 years. The day someone was supposed to come , nobody came or called all day. I also received an email from the manager the day after our call stating that we would hear what they would do by the end of the week after the tech came and she was not going to send the confirmation document . I notified her that nobody called or came . Shortly after that the local supervisor contacted me and then came out. He tested the water. It showed that the system was not eliminating all the rust and the bathroom water showed worse rust than the raw well water . That was the beginning of December and I still have not heard back from them despite multiple emails from me asking for a solution . We also had multiple other water companies tell us that the our Leaf Home Water Solutions system was not sufficient for our water conditions and we needed to have a different system that included an iron filter . So we had to pay more money to have a new system installed by a reputable company and we noticed a huge difference right away. If you have well water please learn from our mistake . By the way we installed a new hot water tank 2 months after the Leaf Home Water Solutions system was installed.
