These are the fries that came with my meal. This is the woman responsible. Checkers in Crestwood is by far the worst in the suburbs. She definitely works the job that she deserves. Will not be back!

Not quite understanding why they take cold hamburgers and throw them back on the grill for a fresh order.. I didn't know Rally's or Checkers handle business this way seems to be very unsanitary

My food was made incorrectly so I took the food back and asked to make it all fresh since it was all cold now. The woman there said no. I asked if she was a manager and she said no. I asked to speak to the manager then she said she was the manager. I said just give me my money back. She said I owed her 6.00 for the 3.25 burger my kid partially ate. I asked for a refund again. Her name is KJ on her name tag. What kind of circus act is this? I will never eat at checkers/rally’s again as long as I live. I’ll be sure to tell everyone that will listen of my experience. Up yours KJ!

Came in to shop at Walmart. Seen the checkers and decided to grab a bite. The ladies working were polite however I thought that since I was sitting at the end of the counter that they would have understood I was eating in and would have just handed me the food rather than me having to walk around the other guests in line at the time to get the order. Might sound petty but I just felt the customer service could have been better. Food was good and fresh.
