I've visited this place many times before in the past. This time was absolutely completely different. Keep in mind I placed my order online through the app (which I always recommend to download any app for any restaurant. Super fast and easier than doing in store in my personal opinion) as I waited inside. I was greeted as soon as walked in (which I absolutely loved and sooooo underrated in today's restaurant world) by a nice lady. I informed her I was ordering online. After a while has passed I was debating going up to check on it but she beat me to the punch and asked if I placed it already and informed me it was coming up shortly. Giving people status updates while they're waiting is such a desired experience to let us know we're seen and not forgotten like some places. McDonald's doesn't even do this. I was super happy already before even taking a bite of food. The food was cooked to perfection and was incredibly delicious !!!!! I ordered the impossible whopper with cheese and yes bacon because why not lol. Always order off the broiler. My uncle who passed away would always order it that way. I do that now to honor him that way. First time trying the impossible whopper and I must say far exceeded my expectations !!!!! Compliments to the chef ! The dining area was super clean and they have great music playing while you wait (music in any setting is a great thing especially while you wait for food !) I definitely will be coming back more often for sure. I might just have to say goodbye to McDonalds' spotty service down the street and hello to the world class customer service experience at Buger King ! Thank you so much to everyone who made this experience a great one ! Next time I visit I'm taking a crown and rocking it out to show I am a King and they treat me like one here lol ! That commercial always makes me laugh but I do feel bad for the original King. Hope the guy is doing alright lol. You stay classy Buger King !

I arrived to the store around 8pm on Thursday 4/16/2026 I Oder a double jr whopper meal with no onion no pickle plus jalapeños when I received the order the fries were cold and my sandwich didn’t have tomato or jalapeños I told the guy I was missing my jalapeños and the tomatoes in my sandwich and when I looked at my receipt the girl didn’t add the jalapeños. I didn’t even want to complain about the jalapeños, but it made me upset that the girl wasn’t even paying attention, when I tried to complain to her she had walked out of the store and left the other kid alone packing the orders. By the time they remade my sandwich the fries were even more cold. Not a good experience.

I really enjoyed my experience today, especially because of the amazing service 😊✨ The two ladies working there were incredibly kind, polite, and quick to help with anything I needed 🙌 Their positive attitude made the whole visit feel welcoming and comfortable 💛

There was a small issue with the receipt machine not printing, but they handled it calmly and professionally 👍 I also wanted to mention the cashier her name was quite long, something similar to Esmeralda, but it was hard to read clearly, so I couldn’t leave proper formal feedback 🧾

Overall, this place continues to be my go-to spot ❤️ The friendly staff and great service always make me want to come back again! 🌟

Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. 😤 I was trying to use a deal from the app, but the app wouldn’t let me log in. It kept telling me to create an account, and when I tried to do that it said an account already existed. I ended up stuck in this loop over and over again for about 15 minutes just trying to place my order. 📱

I asked the manager for help, but unfortunately she didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue and mostly ignored the situation. She also didn’t know the customer service phone number, which made things even more difficult. When I finally found the number and tried calling, the call just disconnected.

After all that time trying to figure it out, I was told they still couldn’t honor the offer from the app. That was extremely disappointing. 😞 Overall, the experience felt very unhelpful and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of customer service people expect when they just want to place a simple order.

They gave me 3 regular whoppers when one of them was supposed to be double whopper. Waste of time, waste of money, waste of appetite
