The girl at the front desk made me drive all the way from SF to Hayward just to give me an estimate for my Sprinter van.
She didn't even handle the situation properly; she wasted my time just to tell me it wouldn't fit in their shop.
I can understand if they aren't equipped for jobs like this,
but I could see for myself that their shop door was high enough for my van to get in.
Such a lack of knowledge and consideration on her part.

I told her over the phone, It was a high-roof van. Before get there.

I had my 2008 Honda CRV ( 160k miles) repainted the same color. Macco did a great job. It looks like a new car. My Brother who has had multiple cars repainted also thought they did great work. They were easy to work with and I feel the price was very reasonable. I opted for the 3 year warranty on the clear coat because I probably will get another car in 3 years.

Orlando and his team did a fantastic job bringing my old Ford truck back to life. From start to finish, Orlando was very easy to work with and quite clear on the process and pricing options. I wasn’t looking for a museum piece, but rather something that looked period correct and that could still take a beating. I have to say, my expectations were exceeded. The prep & body work were top notch, and the end result speaks for itself. Maaco Hayward went above and beyond, and given the market rate price of repaints these days, it was a fantastic value.

I brought a 2003 town and country van that looked pretty beat up for an estimate. I had already been to another paint shop that wouldn’t do what I wanted done. Saying they couldn’t do that.
I talked to Orlando and told him I wanted the sunroof removed completely from the outside and the van painted. Orlando didn’t hesitate for a minute and said fine. When do you want this done. I was so relieved that I wasn’t asking the impossible. I was getting this done as a gift for my sister.
I also bought new headlights and Orlando had them installed after the painting was done.
When I picked up the van it looked like new. You couldn’t even tell there was a sunroof at all. The paint job was fantastic. My sister was in tears at how amazing her van looked.
If you need your vehicle painted….. go see Orlando and you’ll be amazed at the quality of work they do.

I took my 2005 Toyota Camry to this shop for a complete paint restoration after a getting reasonable price. They did a really great job, I’m very happy with it. Orlando and his team are professionals and very communicative with the details. Great customer service! I highly recommend this shop.
