Antonio was amazing. Friendly and displayed extremely fast follow up, via text and email, to make our desired pricing happen. Next day delivery an added bonus. Highly recommend the RWC team.

After having a terrible experience buying appliances from a big box company (to remain unnamed here) a while ago, I bought my first appliances from Airport Appliances (LG Washer & Dryer set) a few years ago. The experience was fantastic - nothing like dealing with that previous nightmare. So I returned to them (now Homewise Appliances) this week when in need of a new fridge. Same great experience all the way through. I highly recommend Homewise Appliances.

Homewise has been our go-to store for appliances for years and years and they never disappoint. If in the Bay Area, count yourself fortunate if you're lucky enough to work with Lachmi Reddy. She makes sure what you purchase gets to you on your timelines. Knowledgeable. Great selection. Great attention to detail. 5 stars!

I recently purchased a set of kitchen appliances from Homewise Appliance. Our salesperson, Antonio, was super helpful - always happy to answer questions, while staying out of my way as I browsed through the store's extensive collection.
Once I decided on the appliances I liked, I emailed Antonio and requested a quote. I scheduled an appointment to come in and sign the paperwork, which only took about 10 minutes.
I highly recommend Homewise Appliance due to their:
1. Outstanding selection. Everything from high-end boutique brands to more affordable options from well-known manufacturers.
2. Well-designed showroom. I was able to see what the appliances would look like in a typical kitchen, rather than just looking at rows of refrigerators. Their showroom is quite large, with hundreds of options to choose from.
3. Great prices. I looked around online, but could not find anywhere to get the same appliances for less.
4. Knowledgable staff. Antonio was able to answer most of my questions, and when he didn't know the answer he was able to quickly find a coworker who could answer my question.
5. Convenient location. The store is just a few minutes off 101 in Redwood city, and had ample parking available.

We had an excellent experience working with Antonio Villarreal, at the Redwood City showroom, while shopping for a new dishwasher. He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through all our options, answering every question we had with deep expertise. This is the fourth appliance we’ve purchased from your company, and service like this is exactly why we keep coming back. Highly recommended! Best, D.J.R.
