Listen, when it comes to oil change; I’ve alway think of UNCLE EDs Oil Shop. I haven’t been to this location in almost (8)y. TODAY, I’ve finally return to this location….
Uncle Ed’s continues to show me WHY I believe they’re number one. The staffing here ARE a Blessing!! Not A miracle, Not a Thank you for your services! No, A BLESSING. I was working with a little budget, I was Advised of a little hiccups my car needed ( specially due to the fact that my car has been sitting for almost 2 years of rusted. S/O to Melissa and Ian for making it happen for me! They listen, they were intuitive about the concerns of my car outside of an oil change.

The staff are so quick and take time to recommend products that help the longevity of my engine like an additive and my personal health like cabin air filters. Even though they were super busy at 5pm on a Friday they still took time to tell me stories and give me a good experience. I will keep coming here for oil changes and car maintenance! I am at the Uncle Ed's Oils shop on 10 mile Rd and Middle Belt! Melissa was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable of helping me understand what was going on with the Buick! This is actually my second time here! Melissa helped me the first time as well♥️! She was professional, so kind, and definitely knows her craft! I believe that she should receive a 10 dollar an hour raise at minimum🦋! Thank you so much, Melissa! I will spread the word about Uncle Ed's Shop because of Melissa's knowledge, professionalism, and kindness! She's great for business🌠!

I had an amazing experience at Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe in Farmington Hills! Melissa and Rebecca went above and beyond with their attention to detail and customer service. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding when it came to what my 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad needed.

They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my vehicle was properly taken care of, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can truly tell they care about both their customers and the work they do. It’s hard to find people who treat your vehicle like it matters, but Melissa and Rebecca absolutely did.

Highly recommend this location if you want honest service, knowledgeable staff, and a team that genuinely cares!

Had a great experience for my first time at Uncle Ed's! Ian, Jared, and Melissa were extremely transparent, they kept you updated on costs if you wanted additional services on top of the oil change service. They are transparent about their prices and what's included.

I see a lot of people complaining about the prices here but honestly, as far as I'm concerned, you're paying for a great service, great staff, and a wonderful experience there. I will definitely be returning for the next oil change
