Today I had the best experience at your Warren location. Came in for an oil change before I go on my road trip. The young lady who helped and the technician was so nice and helpful. Together we discovered that I didn't need an oil change yet. She then offered to check and top my other fluids then put air in my tires. Workers like that is hard to find, please take care of them.

Tony and her team have been fantastic. Fast, transparent, and kindness in the service they provide. I will definitely be back and would recommend.

I realized at the last minute on a Sunday that I needed an oil change. My usual Valvoline location was already closed, so I found this location through a quick Google search and decided to give it a try - and I’m so glad I did!

The moment I pulled up, I was immediately welcomed into an open bay and greeted with friendly, professional service. Toni was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The entire experience was quick, seamless, and stress free, which is exactly what you hope for when squeezing in car maintenance at the last minute... especially being a female, too.

It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. This location completely exceeded my expectations and officially earned a new regular customer. Highly recommend!

Isaiah and the other guy (I didn't see his name tag well enough to read) were both very courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. It was refreshing to see that they were so positive and friendly !! They made the experience very comfortable and assuring. I will certainly be back because of how they treated me! Give them a raise!!

I had a great experience at Valvoline today. The service was quick, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter replacement, and everything was explained clearly before they did any work.

The staff was friendly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and made sure I understood what my car needed. I also appreciated how fast everything was done while I stayed in my car — super convenient.

Overall, really smooth experience and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!
