Hunter and Trevor were a phenomenal team! Got us in and out, great customer service and knowledgeable! Let us know about a lightbulb that was out in the beginning, we declined, followed back up at the end with "are you sure you don't want us to save you another trip to the shop for that lightbulb?" Although we declined and my husband will take care of it, the follow up was top tier. Both my husband and I noted the upsell follow up request and absolute smoothness of it! Great team you have here. Had they looked interested in a F&B job, I would have given them both my cards and tried poaching them. ;) Give these two a raise and make sure they know how appreciated they are. We'll for sure be back and hope to see them both around still!

My daughter went in to get her oil changed on a 13 year old Subaru with over 100,000 miles this morning as she headed back to her home out of town We told her to beware of all the added costs and she was adamant she did not want all the add-ons they try to upsell customers. Well they still "got her good" by putting in all synthetic oil to the tune of $120. I hardly call a 13 year old Subaru a performance car. She is a young woman who knows zero about cars and they of course took advantage of her. I will stick to dealer oil changes myself and encourage everyone to avoid Uncle's Ed's. What a racket they run.

Trevor was wonderful and was able to get the team together quickly efficiently and saved me some $ along the way! 10/10 for uncle Ed’s - best location to pick out of kzoo for service!

My husband and I stopped in for an oil change. Trevor and Landon were the attendants that helped us and did a great job. They were professional courteous thorough and got the job done correctly. It was my husband's first time at Uncle Ed's and he was impressed with how well they worked as a team. He was also impressed with how they explained everything very well to us and answered any questions. If you need an oil change and want to be treated with respect and not treated as an ATM I highly recommend you go to this location.
