I've been bringing all of my vehicles to Grease Monkey in Pleasant Grove for years, and they've earned my trust. They've handled all of my oil changes, scheduled maintenance, and even replaced the brakes on my vehicles.

One of the things I appreciate most is seeing the same employees every time I come in. That consistency says a lot about the business and creates a level of trust that's hard to find. It has the feel of an old small-town service center where everybody knows your name and genuinely cares about taking care of you.

The service is always friendly, honest, and efficient. They don't make me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs, and I leave confident the work was done right. If you're looking for a dependable place to maintain your vehicle in the Pleasant Grove area, I highly recommend Grease Monkey.

Excellent experience. I spoke with Jeff who made a point of being completely engaged about my vehicle and definitely runs a very tight ship. Very knowledgeable staff and everyone was clearly on top of their game, service was quick and efficient. They checked my truck out and made sure I was thoroughly informed about all of my fluids and consumables in a very professional and polite manner. I would come back to this location specifically again because the team here is that good.

Amazing service. Very courteous and professional. I love coming here because Jeff and his team do such a great job. My emissions renewal today was so quick and easy. I got my on the spot renewal so no need to deal with the DMV.

Upcharged my wife for BG additives she didn't need, and told her it was 100% necessary for her car. It was a 300 dollar simple engine oil change, and wanted her back in 3000 miles for more. The dealer charges us 91 dollars with tax for factory filters and premium oil. 100% lost a customer.

I know changing my own oil is cheaper (I used to, religiously) but I gotta say this location got me hooked to just spend the little extra money and save my time and effort and just bring my car here to do it. I always feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of and they make the process simple and efficient. The team is friendly and happy to answer questions and have made this my go to place now.
