I visited the Pinecrest Branch of Citibank yesterday. I was helped by Jose-Daniel Hernandez, one of the bankers. He was able to help me with two balance transfers that I had been unable to accomplish on my own. He basically did a conference call with me to help me resolve my situation and within minutes everything was taken care of. He was very knowledgeable as well as caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Mr. Hernandez and the Pinecrest branch.

Had a great experience at this bank. Went to open a credit card. Jose-Daniel was the best, he made opening the account very easy and fast. Would recommend coming to this branch and seeing him for anything you need. He was very kind and helpful.

This is the absolute worst bank that I have ever been to. I visited the bank on Friday, May 24, for a simple wire transfer. I arrived at the bank at 3:15pm, and waited for over 2 hours until 5:20pm before I was helped. I finally left the bank at 5:45pm as they were having system issues with sending the wire. As a result of the delay, the wire would not be sent until the next business day (i.e. May 28). I am honestly surprised how this branch stays in business despite the consistently subpar service and incompetent management. I will happily take my business and banking needs to JP Morgan Chase down the street.
