Bank Manager is extremely rude. Rushed me out of the bank after I waited 20 minutes to deposit checks. Said there were too many entities on the check but rushed me out before even finding a solution because it was after 4:00. I have three separate accounts with them and I am considering switching for my business

This Citibank is incredibly self-aware of the negative sentiment towards them. I got that sensation when I went there by the manager's overly friendly nature. It comes off as insincere, but that's fine. Got what I needed, and they essentially were correcting many of the errors made by a different Citibank. Everything went smoothly and I have no complaints.

This Citi branch there was miss Lori Russo really helpful spent lots of time kept calling citi supervisor to fix
And opened up an account for me.

I went Citi bank one on 250 Conklin st, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
in 09/02/2025. that branch manager does not know what he was doing, he was ignoring me because my docs was not enough.

then i went this branch in 09/05/2025 there was Miss Lori Russo this lady was really help full, tried her best of the best and she kept calling Citi bank headquarter/supervisor to find out solution and she got opened an account for me. God bless miss Lori R.
