Just had to pay for an already closed account. I could not log in or call to speak with anyone becuase of the security wall. They continually kept charging fees every month. If you were unable to walk into a bank for whatever personal reason, they should take that into consideration. Definitely will not be reopening an account with this bank ever again.

I have been with this banking credit union for several years now, and I cannot believe the help and willingness to help that I have received from them. They have always went the extra mile to help me with any financial needs that I may be up against. I truly cannot be more happier with the choices that I made when I switched to this Bank. I have done referred several of my family members and friends to them as well and we are all extremely satisfied with their Available programs and willingness to go the extra mile for our needs!! My interactions with this bank reflects ongoing progressive systemic lapses in service standards, operational accuracy, and professional conduct.

In my most recent encounter, Although I provided the required documentation for my business address update—including an official NC Secretary of State certificate—my card was subsequently blocked due to a preventable ZIP code discrepancy. This indicates a failure in internal processing and verification. By the way, this is the ONLY bank that required my physical presence at their bank to change my address.

Service delivery has also been inconsistent. During my visit, the representative engaged in personal conversations with another employee, and on a prior occasion, staff used personal cell phones at the teller desk(as I am standing in from of them, waiting to complete my deposit). These behaviors fall short of expected professional norms.

Despite fulfilling all stated requirements, I am now being asked to return to the branch to resolve the same issue. This pattern suggests a lack of accountability and an inefficient customer experience.

They do not care if your debit card works or not. I have been back and forth with them for over a year about debit cards randomly not working when I am hundreds of miles away from home. And when I go into a branch to ask for help, I keep getting a shrug, a replacement card, and a promise that someone from the card center will call. They never call to to solve the problem, or, if they call, they never bother to leave a message. Wells Fargo was not the best to work with, but at least their systems actually worked. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else and bank with people who care to help and/or know enough about their own business to have answers instead of the same useless excuses over and over and over again.
