Absolute worst bank ever. And corporate is even less help than the branch. They have no customer service skills at all and cant answer any questions you may have but they will talknover you as you ask them. Been spun in circles for 2 weeks now about an account they closed without even notifying us which they admit was never supposed to be closed in the first place it was a misunderstanding on their part. Allowed my paychecks to be deposited into the account. Branch continues to say the account is open and give us temporary debit cards to access it and even gave us statements showing that and that the checks were deposited and corporate says the account is closed. Neither knows how to help or fix it. So my money is in limbo while I try to pay my mortgage, electric, and feed my family of 4 including a 4 month old baby.

Worst bank I have EVER dealt with. No Customer Service, lack of competent officers, everything falls onto 1 teller. We have been back 3 times to replace debit cards and have not been successful. Time to find a new bank.

Never had a great VIP service in banks such as FNB bank does, I think it's the only bank do it this way.
All employees are above and beyond awesome
Especially if you are lucky and Tracy May the branch manager give you the service

We have been with this FNB since they opened this location. The customer service is awesome, the employees are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their services. Always nice to walk in and be acknowledged with a smile.
