This Petco is very clean the staff is always helpful, friendly and courteous. I would recommend it for all of your pets need. They have a large selection of cat & dogs treats. There's birds fish and everything you need to care for them even a little litter section available. My only suggestion to management would be to have more staff available as it can get very busy at times.

Came for a vaccination appointment and all the staff I encountered were such pleasant and helpful people! My dog is super nervous being outside so I was already anxious that this would be a difficult visit but they did everything to accommodate him and even though he was still shaking most of the time, I've never seen him calmer getting his shots and blood drawn. I will definitely be back for all of his future appointments!

The Pet Clinic was well organized! The staff was really amazing! I went in expecting that I would be told all of the things my cat needed and, much to my surprise, I was told that there were things unnecessary for my Fur Baby. I appreciated not being pushed to spend money unnecessarily.

I say we're going to Petco to my dog and he gets a pep in his step, I have to speed walk next to him. He knows Petco is where the pets go. He loves, loves Petco, and everyone is so kind to us. He did his dog training there when he was a puppy, he's gotten groomed at Petco, we stop by sometimes even when we don't have to. We get his food delivered from Petco the same day. We go to Vetco for his vaccines. We LOVE Petco.

Never stocked as well as other location (86 & Lexington or Broadway and 91st) but friendly staff and clean. Please give them a few more carts, they probably have about 10 in total.

I’ve been going to this Petco since it opened up years ago. But I’ve recently been going more over the past few years. This location in Brooklyn is one of the most kindest and friendliest that I’ve ever been too. They’re constantly updating and striving to meet goals and you can tell. Customer service is top notch and they build great rapport with their clients. They are normally well stocked and the animals are very healthy and friendly with great dispositions. They are handled well, with care, and the staff often has animals of their own, so they understand empathy and are very knowledgeable of both human and animal care. That’s more important in today’s world and it’s a privilege to see how Petco is honouring that relationship and bond while upgrading as the world turns. Thank you all at this location for being a light in the neighborhood. It’s well received and we appreciate you for all you do for us and our furry families. My wife and I brought our puppy, Sugar, in for her vaccinations today. She’s usually very nervous during vet visits, but Dr.O’Neil, Miya and Lily were incredibly patient and gentle with her. You can truly feel how much they care. Because of their calm approach, Sugar was able to take her vaccines without much stress.

We’re so grateful to have met them. It was a wonderful experience and a reminder that real care makes all the difference. It might take a little extra time, but it leaves such a warm memory. Highly recommend! 🐾💛

I never come to this location and I guess I found out why. I know expecting basic care for the animals is too high, especially for a chain store like Petco, but what I witnessed is atrocious and will be escalating it. How are you not embarrassed?
