Cannot recommend enough. Yaskara was absolutely fantastic. She was super communicative, sent plenty of photos and followed my requests to a tee. I felt very comfortable being away knowing my cat was being taken care of by someone who genuinely cares about animals.

As someone who has used Katie's Kitty for going on 6 years, I can personally testify to the incredible care and devotion these pet sitters give. Holly has been watching Lily for years and I know that she is always in great and capable hands when I have to leave. Plus, I get sent the absolute cutest pictures and videos.

In addition, when Lily came down with some serious health issues while I was away, Holly went above and beyond to make sure she got the care she needed. I truly cannot recommend this organization enough!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Katie’s Kats - Nina and her boyfriend hosted my daughter’s cat Sammy in a emergency situation and took such incredible care of her and loved her like she was their own! I’ve used Katie’s Kitty several times with Alexis as the sitter for my three cats. and I can’t recommend them enough!! Alexis is wonderful to work with, always very communicative and flexible. She worked to get all three to trust her, even my skittish old lady cat. Plus she sends incredible update photos and messages! I wouldn’t want to have anyone else care for my crew.

I've been using Katie's Kitty for a long while and actually came across the service by accident...I was searching for exotic pet sitters, and mostly found only cat/dog sitters, which is great, but I have guinea pigs-not too many out there, especially that are in Queens. To say I completely appreciate the service, and the fact that they have someone to come to my house and actually take care of exotic pets is beyond words. I started with three pigs a few years ago and one sitter-who was great. Now I only have one pig left(pics attached) and have an even better sitter-Jonathan. He came to my house daily, had convos with Butters and made sure his food bowl was full, he had a clean cage, a lot of fresh hay and that he was happy. I can't recommend them enough and if you have an exotic vet, don't worry Katie's takes care of them too!!

Dunder Mifflin are the paper person’s paper people. Katie’s Kitty are the cat people’s cat people.

I was referred by a friend when I got my cat five years ago and have never looked back.

My catsitter Alexis is attentive with my little girl and someone who I can depend on even when I need catsitting in a pinch.

Same for my cat boarder Pamela. She truly makes my cat feel at home when she’s there and treats her like her own kitty.

And let’s not forget about the pictures and written updates I get - the best! Though my cat IS the best so it’s easy.

If you’re a pet owner, you know our pets are family. Imagine coming home to find your beloved cat, Merlin, gravely ill—vomit and urine everywhere, and your pet in distress. That’s what I walked into after trusting Katie’s Kitty, a professional pet care company, to look after Merlin while I was out of town. We've been with Katie's Kitty since 2019 - that's five years, practically Merlin's entire life! They've cared for him since he was a kitten, and we always followed an every-other-day visit routine.

However, during my recent trip, they pressured me to switch to daily visits, insisting it was “better” for Merlin. In fact, they had different employees contact and try to convince us a couple of times this year. Reluctantly, I agreed. During their care, Merlin fell critically ill, developing a stress-induced urinary blockage—a potentially fatal condition.

When I informed the company, I expected concern and accountability. Instead, I received a cold, dismissive response:

"Just because something happened to your cat during our visits doesn’t mean we’re responsible or need to feel sorry for it."

This lack of empathy and accountability was shocking. My vet was clear: the sudden change in Merlin’s routine triggered his condition. If I had been even a day late in getting him to the emergency vet, Merlin might not be here today.
