I took my dog to Petco for a grooming appointment, and it was a very disappointing experience. The haircut was done very poorly and was completely uneven. Even worse, they cut my dog's skin during the grooming process. My dog left injured and clearly uncomfortable.

I trusted that my dog would be in the hands of professionals, but the result showed a lack of care and attention. I hope Petco reviews its grooming procedures and provides better training to its staff so no other pet owner has to go through this. I definitely would not recommend this grooming service.

Brady & Jackie have been extremely helpful while I've been setting up my aquarium. Had an issue with the wood stand as it caused my tank to leak but Petco took it back and gave me a full store credit. So that was wonderful! Petco, Brady & Jackie have been a pleasure to work with!

Thanks guys!

Im sorry I didnt get the name of the girl who helped us, but she was so sweet and kind to my girls as she helped them pick out their first hamster. She introduced the available hamsters, and was so excited to hear how my kids had researched and set up everything prior to purchasing.

We have been seeing Sandra for grooming. She is fantastic! She always does a wonderful job of grooming and caring for our dog. I have been there during some really busy times and Sandra always seems to keep everything in order and takes charge to ensure a good customer experience. If she's not the manager of the salon, she should be!! Great job, Sandra!!
