On Friday April 11th in the evening, I went in there to shop for my daughter and Sammi helped me. She made me feel like I had a personal shopper! All of the clothes and jewelry were so cute. Everything is such nice quality! I loved my experience there, especially because of Sammi! Her customer service was Chick-fil-a status. She was amazing!

I've only ever shopped this brand at the Niles location, but I spend too much every time I go here! The clothes are lovely and they actually last, the quality is great. They always have fantastic deals and discounts, so I always walk out with more than I thought I could afford. This is now the only place I buy clothes for my daughter. The management team of Angelina and Gabby have given me the best customer service I've ever had! I had called to ask about an item they believed was out of stock. When they found one later on, they tracked my number down and called me back to ask if I'd like them to hold it for me!

I always love coming in here! The employees are always super helpful and attentive and the merchandise is always adorable and of superb quality! I had Angelina help me today and she was so sweet and she took the time to specifically recommend items for my friend and I. Happy to say this is my favorite store in the Youngstown/Warren area :)

I've always liked Francesca's, but today I loved it. I give the sales associate Val 👍🏾👍🏾And a 👏🏾 for displaying the best customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. I promise if Val was not in that store informing me about the store specials and guiding me in the right direction to clothes and jewelry that she felt I would like. I would have never found the perfect dress 👗 for a wedding I am attending. If you are searching for an environment where the employees actually enjoy their job and truly want to help u find what u are looking for please stop by this location.
