Chris, Gary and Raj did a phenomenal job during the three days they completed our landscaping. They were excellent ambassadors of Rietzel Landscaping, doing what we expected without prompting or asking. Leading up to having this project completed and post completion, Darren and Jennifer were great to deal with and answered all our questions.
We are very happy with how the new lawn is progressing and would highly recommend Rietzel Landscaping.

I paid for a tandem load of screened top soil and received garbage.

I cintacted the customer service and they were kind enough to either discount the item paid or to come and pick up the load.

When I refused the discount of 50% off, I was the offered to have the 16 yards for free. The price was about 600$

I decided to take the option of having the load for free.

Biggest mistake.

This is what I found in the soil to nameca few : Baseball, plastic, glass, rocks bigger then my head

I created a home made sifter, but the ratio is 75% garbage for 25% soil

I appreciate the fact that the customer service stepped up and offered the load for free, but I will be stuck with a load in my driveway for the summer as the process of siftering takes so long.

Regret not asking them to simply pick it up

Corey and his crew built a patio and walkway for us in 2020 and did a fantastic job. They are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Corey came by yesterday when I called him about a small problem with some shifting of a few bricks and he came back today with his crew and the problem was fixed very quickly and is now as good as new. I recommend them anytime I hear someone talking about landscaping and would hire them again without hesitation. Office staff is also very pleasant to deal with.

I would highly recommend Rietzel Landscaping. We had a great experience from the first phone call until the final invoice. The staff, both in the office and on the job site, were customer focused, professional and friendly. The job exceeded our expectations.
