At a different business I waited 7 weeks for my battery grass trimmer to be repaired under warranty and it was returned to me with a faulty engine installed. A very, very obviously faulty engine that sounded like a blender full of rocks.

I then brought it to Central Equipment in Truro who inspected it and sent off the warranty request while I was in the store. 3 business days later and they've called me to tell me my snipper is being replaced by the manufacturer because of the installed faulty engine and I can come back in any time to grab it.

3 business days vs 7 weeks........ What a wildly different experience I had with Central Equipment and they are super friendly and understanding.

I cannot reccomend them enough because of this experience. When I need to get any yard equipment from now on this will be my go to place.

Service trucks that don't honor construction zones and highway signs are an absolutely amazing representation of our city. Congratulations on hiring safe drivers trying to end someone just trying to serve ALL OF US. Understand your business is just to important to SLOW DOWN.

No passing.

Means no passing, not cut the line. Stay in the left pass dozens til you get to crash truck.

I mean ik that signs a tough one...

After much searching for a replacement of my trusty Carhartt winter jacket, I found what I was looking for in the small engine shop showroom. For less money than sale prices online. Great service, prices, and selection from Bill and his team. Thanks!
