I would give them 10 stars if I could! Erik and Nick are fantastic, professional, straightforward, and they offer the best prices around. They are incredibly reliable and exactly the kind of people you can trust for long-term business. Once you work with them once, others can hardly impress you. Words are not enough to express my appriciation for their help during my ensuite bathroom renovation. They literally saved my ass.

I hired this company to do the rough-in for my ensuite bathroom renovation. Their quote simply stunt me when I compared it with another one from a bigger company. It was less than half. One might get worried over that, but I had heard about this company and decided to trust them. They didn’t disappoint.
I had to deal with the bureaucratic city’s Building Permit process and Erik was a great help through it, as well as being responsive to additional work I asked them to do on the fly. Pat, who came to do the work, was very professional and attentive to my input. He also provided me with advice on how to save money with other work projects I planned to do myself (not plumbing related).
I also asked Erik how much it would cost to add a backwater valve on my sewer system. Again, his answer was much lower than a quote I got elsewhere. Needless to say Complete Plumbing will get the contract for that, and any other one I might have in the future.
In todays environment, where contractors may be a source of frustration more often than we would like to, it’s nice to know you found one you can trust…

For the past 10 years I have relied on Erik Lemieux and his team for installation and repairs. Whether it was a simple issue of replacing a tap or a complex bathroom renovation including an electronically regulated shower system with five independent shower options, the workmanship was excellent. You can rely on getting a clear explanation of what is involved and options for the resolution. I appreciate his courteous, friendly manner on the job. He takes personal pride in a job well done. You will see him smile when he is satisfied with the result.

This company, and specifically Erik, did an absolutely phenomenal job when fixing my father's plumbing issues. He showed up on time, made sure things were done properly, timely, and to code, and billed appropriately. If you'd like careful and attentive work, I would highly recommend these folks. I try to be mindful with my reiews and when a service isn't up to par, I don't write one. But these folks did a great job.

We moved just over a month ago and discovered some leaking taps. After calling a few plumbers (some of whome never got back to us) we called here on recommendation. We are so impressed cane and repaired same day. Went above and beyond. Will be having them out later for a few extra repairs later in the summer. Highly recommend.

Edited to add that Nick was the one who helped us and my husband was very impressed with his service.
