The Lomo saltado was AMAZING! Would definitely recommend. We also loved the green beans and funeral potatoes. Paula was a great server and was helpful with all of our menu questions. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend! The food was amazing, the staff were super attentive and made the experience top tier. Kai is a rockstar. He helped me navigate the menu and pick the perfect amount of food for myself. I had the Baked Lobster tail and it was divine! Paired with a rich and silky sauce you won’t go wrong with it! I also had the funeral potato croquet. Took me back to childhood, creamy on the inside and paired with the perfect crunch. All the flavors were so ywell balanced. And don’t get me started on the butterscotch pudding, you’d be missing out big time if you don’t get it! I felt such joy and appreciation eating this wonderful food! The portions are big so be ready to share!! Enjoy 😁 I know I did and will be returning

Ordered the fish and chips, which tasted very fresh and well-made. The fish itself was probably an 8.5/10 for flavor. My main disappointment was that the dish only came with a single piece of fish, which felt a little skimpy for the price. It also would’ve been nice if they offered malt vinegar or even ranch alongside it. The fries were okay probably around a 6/10.

We also tried the tiramisu French toast. It was essentially French toast topped with cream and a coffee-flavored syrup. I think adding strawberries or some kind of fresh fruit would’ve balanced it out and made it feel more complete. Taste-wise I’d give it around a 5/10.

The service could also use some improvement. The staff came across a bit unfriendly, and they combined the check for our group of four without asking first, which felt odd and presumptuous. Overall, there were definitely some good elements, but a few small changes could really improve the experience.

My husband and I adore this place. What makes it truly special is the open kitchen concept. There is true ingenuity — an abundance of it. I am nut-free, gluten-free, and pork-free, and being able to eat at this kind of restaurant is difficult for me, but not at Commune. I was well fed and my allergies understood.

My husband and I got the branzino, which was served over a delectable sauce. We also ordered mushrooms, broccolini, and risotto made from quinoa instead of rice. Everything was delicious. The staff was phenomenal. Both of our young waiters were kind, personable, and lovely.

The design of the restaurant is cozy and thoughtfully curated. The kitchen counter also serves as a closet for dinner towels. There is intention and ingenuity in every detail. The sauces were beautifully prepared, and the fish was perfectly crisp.

Very enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to go back.
