There were 13 empty tables but they did not seat us for almost 40 min. No other parties with reservations came in during that time. The fries and potatoes all has thick piles of pepper on them. The wedges tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. The burger was a mess and smashed. So disappointed. We have been to other locations and loved them but will not go back to this one.

Took one 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food to come . We got up to walk out and that is when some of the food came out. Another 10 minutes for the rest of the food to come out. The order was mixed up. They tried to make it right at the end. That is why it's two stars and not one

We were told there was a 70 minute wait and there were no fewer than 15 tables empty. This is the worst service that I've ever had in a restaurant. It looks like they could've used at least 10 more employees. Everyone looked like they were running around with their heads, cut off. Go someplace else if you have a chance.

This was my first time trying chicken wings. They tasted great, however there was a feather left on one of them which was a bit off-setting. Staff were polite and made our order very fast.

Of course I want to leave a good review for BWW’s… but this location made it tough. Took over an hour to get our food, the only thing making the wait bearable was at least they had some games on in the background. And the food that did show up was… well, let’s just say it didn’t exactly make the wait worth it.

When it came time to pay, our card sat on the table for 25 minutes like it was in timeout. I could’ve applied for a new credit card in that time.
