Placed an order via their website and waited two weeks while the order sat in delivery status waiting for a tracking number. After engaging, they told me to patiently wait and two after that, they sent an email telling me I had completed the order incorrectly and they had just cancelled the order. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

This company a a shame. They dont actually have the product you order. They have"vendors". I ordered baby formula on the 5th with 3-5 day shipping. I havent even received tracking yet. When i tried to cancel they say it could take 2-3 days. Buyer beware!!!!! I would give ZERO stars

I ordered a Drive Medical finger pulse oximeter. The order was not shipped promptly. I had to follow up a number of times and only when I asked for the order to be cancelled was it shipped. After the order arrived, I found they had shipped a cheap, generic Chinese brand oximeter instead of the Drive Medical unit ordered. I asked for a full refund and a shipping label but my request was denied without any reason or reply. I waited a few weeks and then decided to file a dispute with my bank. This company is fraudulently selling generic devices under reputed brands. Beware of getting duped and wasting a lot of your time.

I ordered and paid for a hospital bed mattress last Thursday August 17, 2023. I have sent 2 messages via their online message system and no response back. The company says its located in Pomona CA which is not that far from Santa Ana CA. They also show the mattress I bought as in stock. Yet, there is no update on shipping and no tracking has been provided. They do not respond to the messages on their system as they say they will. So far, I am not impressed with the lack of communication. It says the mattress is in stock and online google says it will arrive in like 7 days. Here on August 23, 2023, 6 days later, not one update with shipping or tracking information provided. I am wondering if this business is even legitimate. I got an amazing deal on the mattress, but there is little to no communication on an item that showed in stock. No shipping or tracking information at all this far into the game. According to Google when ordering, I was supposed to receive this bed by Friday August 25, 2023. I have no idea how that is even possible. There has been no updates and no replies to any of my messages. If its in Pomona, then it could happen. But no communication after the order was placed and paid for. It shows processed in their online system and that is where it was left off.
