Very concerning experience.
I was not allowed to be present during my child’s dental procedure, while I clearly observed that other parents were allowed to stay with their children. The explanation I received was “small rooms,” which did not appear to be applied consistently.
This raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency in how families are treated. Policies should be applied equally to everyone, not selectively.
As a parent of a young child undergoing treatment, being excluded without a clear and consistent reason is unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress.
I expect better communication and equal treatment from a pediatric dental office.

I came in a few days ago with my wife and child. My daughter was pretty frightened. The young lady behind the desk, Lily, did a superb job on calming her down and reassuring her. And she was amazing on helping us with all the paperwork. This office is a lucky one
