Was given a price to do a job. Which was a two visit job. Finished 1st part of job. My wife paid in full after she read the receipt he only listed the work that was completed for the total amount. Received other quotes for the first part of the job for a little more than half of what he quoted me. The plumber stated that job included two visits in the price we discussed over the phone with me. My wife standing next to him and the electrician who was doing work on my home. Called said owner would get back to me haven’t heard back from him in 48 hours.

Buyer beware. Hired Paul’s Way for multiple jobs, some small, some big but thought since a plumber was coming out why not get it all “done right”.
Initial issue for calling a plumber was low water pressure and concerned about back water flow from irrigation system getting into potable water.
Then added to the job…I needed two sink faucets replaced, needed to replace the main water shut off to a ball valve as a precaution and replaced washing machine shut off valves also as a precaution.
They spoke to my elderly father who I care for and loves with me, he approved the work to install a pressure reducing valve of all things when number one complaint was low water pressure. Next they installed a double check back flow preventer entering the boiler. My boiler service company came out for routine annual service and was shocked when they saw it. It should have been installed to the outlet for the irrigation system. Boiler tech said multiple times that he couldn’t believe it unless he saw it.
Job by Paul’s Way was completed in June… didn’t need to use the boiler for heating the home until winter. Well, once the heat was turned on, I had air getting into the baseboard radiators.
Thank goodness I had a service contract for the boiler cause they came out to purge the air out but unexpectedly and consequently came out three times more to purge air out again and again. They highly recommend I take Paul’s Way to small claims if they didn’t fix what the issue.
I called Paul’s Way, a service tech came out and said THIER OWN PLUMBER SHOULD HAVE INSTALLED ANOTHER PART AND TO FIX WHAT THE OTHER TECH DIDNT DO IT WILL BE $1600.
I already paid Paul’s Way $3700 for the work mentioned above. That was the quote for the job, the total job and then they try to up sell me for more work.
They don’t stand behind their work. They will give excuses and try to make you pay more for something that should’ve been done in the first place. There was no hidden surprises here, they incorrectly installed /plumbed in parts in the wrong position and/or didn’t install was necessary for a completed job.
Highly don’t recommend Paul’s Way and I always recommend great people who take pride in their field of work.

After considering two previous proposals to replace my 14-year-old Triangular Solo 175—an appliance that has reliably served me for many years—I decided to engage Paul’s services. Over time, I experienced several periods of downtime with the unit. During each incident, finding qualified professionals to resolve the problems proved difficult, which led me to take matters into my own hands.
I successfully addressed issues related to the electrical system, aquastat, and logic board. However, the unit's plastic enclosure had become so brittle over the years that it eventually broke apart. When I calculated the combined cost of replacement parts and labor, I realized that repairing the unit would amount to nearly 60% of the price of a brand-new system.
The two earlier proposals involved replacing the central boiler, but Paul, confidently, proposed replacing the entire system, except for the 2-year-old hot-water tank. I was skeptical of the proposal until he explained all the potential points of failure in the old system, especially the accelerated rusting caused by the combination of black iron and copper pipes in my existing setup, which lacked filtering devices. Additionally, the tangled mess of piping made servicing difficult.
Paul’s quote was relatively high compared to my research on the local area, and Paul was firm on the terms, leaving very little room for negotiation. However, we agreed to eliminate the rental of a temporary hot water unit for the construction period. Instead, he decided to install all the piping for a brand-new tankless 220V 18KW hot water unit I had purchased as a backup for my previous unit, which excluded the electrical hookup.
Paul’s job was par excellence, a 5-plus on a five-point scale. His customer service rep, Bianca, was methodical, friendly, and proficient. Her scheduling system worked flawlessly; I was informed of every process step on time, reliably, and with meticulous follow-up.
In short, I got the value I paid for, and I’m confident that Paul will continue to provide excellent and efficient service.
