Fernando responded very promptly. He handled everything so professionally, explained all thoroughly so that I could understand the problem and process. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Roto Rooter was terrific. I. Asked at 1p and Chad arrived at 3:30pm. The backup was resolved in 30 minutes. Chad was friendly and professional and thoroughly cleaned up after himself so it appeared as though nothing had happened. I will definitely use Roto Rooter in the future. Can’t say enough about how great Chad was.

Chad was friendly professional and knowledgeable . Answered my questions as he went thru the process of fixing the clog issue. I have used rotor router in the past and I knew to call them when this issue came up . I would highly recommend Rotor Router and if you get Chad as the service guy you will be well taken care of!

I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing service I received. I had an emergency pipe back up to the septic tank and Roto-Rooter responded immediately with in 45 minutes someone arrived at my home and gave me a FREE estimate, I agreed to have the work done and in about 1 hour a technician named Chad came out and did the work to unclog the pipe. Then within a half hour someone came out to tell me about the cleaning service they offer. 1 hour after that Alex a technician came out with a camera and showed me what was going on with my pipe for FREE. He was very informative and I received the estimate/quote & paperwork to be financed the next morning.
I am very happy with the outcome from Roto-Rooter and plan on using them in the future if a problem arises. The professionalism and promptness made a very stressful situation less frustrating.
Thank you so much for this amazing team. I highly recommend them all and Roto-Rooter.
