Kendall is an awesome real estate agent; personable, knowledgeable, professional and dependable! I was an out of town buyer and unable to attend every appointment. Kendall was able to represent me and my interests with my complete confidence. She kept in contact and provided me with lists of what to expect each step of the way. Kendall is amazing! My father passed and my sister and I live out of town and needed to sell my dad's house. We met with Kendall and instantly knew she was the right person for us. With being out of town and not being able to be there every step, we were needing someone to really help us through the process. That person was Kendall. She goes above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. She helped set up inspections for us, handymen to do work, find donations and pick ups. I cannot say enough good things about her. If I ever move to the Reno area, she is my first call.

Kendall is the best in the game! We first worked with her in 2020 when we were looking to buy a new home. She helped us close on our dream home under difficult pandemic circumstances, connected us to a great lender, property manager to turn our existing condo into a rental property, and kept us on track every step of the way.

Earlier this year, we were ready to finally list our rental property for sale Kendall was indispensable. She had the difficult task coordinating with the property manager, tenants, condo HOA, and photographers to create a favorable listing that was acceptable to all involved.

Through both processes, Kendall was always available to brain storm, walk us through the multiple potential outcomes and scenarios. Her integrity and attention to detail are unmatched. Through her approach of being forthcoming and have as much information about the property on the listing, she helped us sell and close much quicker than expected.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I wanted to work with a knowledgeable and experienced realtor. Kendall exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. She started by meeting with us and giving us an overview of the process and ensuring all our questions were answered. She did a phenomenal job of sending us relevant homes to review and when we did find our dream home, she was quick to write up an offer same day!

Kendall worked with us early and late hours and responded to our inquiries quickly. We recently sold our home in Reno using Kendall Smith as our realtor. We had the good fortune of meeting Kendall at one of her open houses and immediately like her. Even though we weren't ready to list our house she offered to come over to give us a market analysis and information on Dickson Realty. We never felt any pressure to list but she was very patient with us until we felt it was the right time to sell. I called Kendall up to let her know I was ready and she went to work asap lining up her incredible photographer, videographer. My house was listed very shortly thereafter and marketed beautifully. We are so happy that we chose Kendall as our realtor because you will not find a more professional, gracious, hard working person who really cares about her clients. She made the whole process smooth & seamless with being very detail oriented, highly responsive and a very thorough knowledge of real estate. Our house was under contract and closed in a very short amount of time. We can't reccomend Kendall Smith enough for selling or buying your home.
