Tanner that works there has been very helpful and informative as well as good communication/following up helping me and husband try to resolve our issues to the best of his ability! Turns out it's a big scam 90% of the time..14 years of paying 125$monthly =18,000$ for only a 15,000$ policy AND they said in order to keep it in place we have to continue paying for ANOTHER 8 YEARS= another 12,000$ so 30,000$ to get a 15,000$ pay out in the event of death... or surrender the policy(cash value accumulated ) for 4,000$ and not have policy anymore..... it's a big scam in my opinion. Not liberty national in cullman specifically just mean generally. FYi. KNOW WHAT YOUR SIGNING AND RESEARCH THE POLICY YOUR CONSIDERING AND KEEP UP WITH YOUR ORIGINAL AGREEMENT
they can modify your policy without a consent or they did ours anyway. Smh

Great and affordable! Ragen Hammack was very easy to work with! She was quick to respond and willing to explain every detail of my policy. She responded to every question I had with professionalism and was truly concerned with my problems. She even offered to make a house call when I told her I would be unable to make it into the office next week.

Liberty National has served my family for years. Their caring agents have been there for us through the death of several of our closest family members and have made us feel like a part of their family.
