On 8/24 We were having issues with the system that was installed in 2022. On 8/25 We decided to call the a c company that installed our system. They were unable to come out and being full for the next few days. We decided to call TCS. It was one of the best decisions we've made in recent memory.
Junior came out in two hours of our request. First they got up in our attic and got a shop vac and began to vacuum out a bunch of water from our system. We had never seen our previous company vacuum out this much water. Second Junior replaced a minor part on our system quickly. Thirdly , and most important, Junior recorded on his cell phone our dirty coils of our four-year-old ac system. Junior explained that the coils must be cleaned to keep our system running well. We had our system checked in June of this year for preparation for the summer.
Junior returned the next day 20 minutes early and promptly cleaned the coils, checked my system for leaks and whether or not we needed freon. Junior and his helper were done in an hour and a half. My interactions with Junior he was polite , honest and helpful. Junior and his helper worked very well together. He admonished me to change air filters and instructed me where to get them.
I will not be go back to my old ac company. TCS has earned my business for the future. T

Thank you for a great experience and a good working AC system

I don’t usually do a review but this is an exception for me. I thought i might help someone in question finding a ac company to have a fair pricing, and very quality of workmanship. Carlos in sales come out and we talked and he went over the price, time frame of install and material being used.i was impressed with him having other companies doing business with me over the years being of less satisfaction. They were on time and there work was very fast and expertly done. They put material on floors for protection.i would recommend them with no reservation knowing quality of workmanship last a long long time.

I had a phenomenal experience using TCS for the replacement of my 4 and 2 ton Carrier HVAC units with new Trane units. You have to include these guys when you have to replace your units.

Chad gave me a personal experience by providing me with his phone number. He and I had several discussions on the business side of the purchase.

Kenney and his team provided the installation services. I want to share one example regarding their dedication to excellence. Kenney reviewed my duct sizes and on his own increased an intake duct from 16 to 18 inch to improve our system.

Another thing I really love is that Kenney is going to be the person who will be performing future preventive maintenance.

If you want a highly competitive price (I wouldn’t have selected them if they weren’t), high quality Trane units and superior installation and ongoing maintenance look no further than TCS

TCS AC & Heating came out for our bi-annual system checkup and provided excellent service. They arrived on time as promised, and the technician was very courteous, professional, and thorough. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. I would highly recommend TCS AC & Heating to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

TCS is your number 1 go to company for all your AC and Heating needs. We have known Chad Jones for 30 years or so. Around 28 years ago he installed our first system. He maintained it untill about 2018. At that time I had him upgrade the system at my parents house and my house as well. Kenny, Carlos,Carlos Jr. are just a few of the men that I had the pleasure of meeting through the years. They will always answer your questions. They have always been polite and professional. Recently I had TCS install a system at my lake place. The crew along with Chad Jones was able to navigate my storage area where I did not loose storage space. All the duck work and air handler was positioned neatly and out of the way. Chad was also able to fix the air flow in my building as well. Chad Jones is very professional and runs his buisness with Honestly and Integrity. He serves his community with the same Trust.
