everybody was soooooooooooo nice and the food was super fresh!!! the chicken was really yummy and I appreciated the high protein chicken in a cup option. when we were leaving and saying thank you to the employees one of them was like "see you tomorrow!" which was SOOOO cute ahahahahaha thank you for such a great time!

I ordered a delivery and though it was going to be 'fast food'. I was so impressed with the quality of the ingredients and flavors in all the dishes. Better than my home cooking. Delivery was fast and tidy. I wish all fast food was this healthy !

Decided to stop by here to pick up food for later for work. Didn’t realize until now (5hrs later) that they forgot to give us the churros we ordered.
Should have checked after they forgot to give me my drink n I had to ask for it! They sure did charge us for it though. I tried calling and they don’t answer the phone.

I love El Pollo Loco. I've been coming to this unit since it opened maybe 15 or more years ago. They specialize in training a great staff to make and serve their delicious food. The store is always super clean too. It's well worth your time to visit here.
